What you describe is similar to my experience. But I have had a good massage here in the past, although not recently. Good massage with basic service. It's an open environment with drapes sectioning off each of the (3 or 4?) massage tables. Very dark so somewhat private, atcually. I have never called them in advance, I just showed up and have always left satisfied. Perhaps give it another try?
Unfortunately, I think not. Naturally, I cannot comment on the quality of the massage as I clearly did not have one. However, the whole experience did not encourage a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The interactions with a prospective customer was weird and unfriendly at every step. With the other options for the same amount of money, I would rather explore those options.
