Not trying to defend anyone but I think... as most things on the internet.... things has to be taken in with a grain of salt... of course some with more salt than others.

But.. the way I see it... labguy said in his review that his impression was that Sugar was in her 30's
That pic on x.... no way anyone would think that's a girl in her 30's
If you take that x pic and add 10 or so years.... maybe?

Also... i can't imagine a girl of that caliber of the X pic would suck a dick for 160 lol

Let's be real there are no under 30s for this type of spa without some serious deformity or limited mental capacity. If there is, I'd first question if I'm complicit in some sort of crime. They may look under 30s, which is great. It is subjective for some mongers and a selling point for others. It'll show in their review after review and they'll even die on that hill. I really wish I had their disability, optimism or whatever extra the girl or spa management is giving them.
