I’ve seen Mimi and reviewed her. No where near as good as Jackie. Read on here there’s someone name Bebe there now too? Who knows.

Guess Mimi's schedule must be slower than Jackie. Met Mimi one time. She was a hard worker and more accommodating.

It's all about how to cook the meat on the stove. I don't want anybody cook it too fast or like a robot chef.
What I found in Jackie's kitchen wasn't the ultimate recipes but good vibe, some skills w/ passion and lovely eye contact.
