I've been there 4 or 5 times and never saw a marked rear entrance. This is the spa in the strip shopping center in New Castle.

Yup, the one next to/near vape store and down from pep boys. If you drive behind the strip you’ll see the rear door and there’s ample parking.
You may get the odd local cleaning their car or doing minor repair but it’s discreet.
