Well said Mike, too many times we come across lackluster service and by tipping them well will only make the girls continue to give crappy lazy ass service. What should be done and I have started to do this is to tell them I am going to tip you whatever the amount is but I will give you half now and half after the session. If they don't agree well then you saved yourself some money.
