Just wondering if you saw any scars on or near her boobs, or was it just by feel you figured out she had work done. Also, what did you feel that was a giveaway?

I know someone who has beautiful breasts, and I am 90% sure they are real. They are soft and nice, but closer to her body there are hard areas. I am unsure what they are. Fibroids, bone, cartilage... who knows? I do not see any hint of a scar.
