The reason I am asking is that these type of providers don't really re-brand themselves in these type of locations. They are indies sticking to the same place for a while. Based on my intel and intel from a few fellow mongers on this board, she has been out of state for a while. Either the OP put the wrong date of the visit or she is just fooling us all around. Both are quite possible. That's all.
