1 - they are more expensive. 2 - neighbors and apt owners are not happy with recently increased foot traffic. Many girls had to move out because of that. This is first hand info from you know who

It’s a shame cause I really like that building but when you have three or four girls in there, can you imagine how many people are coming in and out of that place? There’s gotta be a dozen girls in there now.

I'm intrigued by this business model and life stories of these providers. How much do these girls pay their landlord? Is it per hour, week or client? They move within weeks from one place to another.

Depends on the provider. I visited an Indy on Wednesday morning. Phone kept buzzing thru out my appointment. It's one thing that's annoying about indies as theres no mms, they have to check every call/message. I was 20 minutes late. If she wasn't busy, she would have let me be there beyond my one hour. She apologized and said she can't cover the whole 20 minutes delay, but did cover 10 minutes. YMMV.
If this is during slow business cycle, what is it like when they are really busy
