Was there any embarrassment of taking an Uber to the spa? I’m in town at the end of month and contemplating whether to uber everywhere or rent a car.

I'm from out of town, I always take Uber to spas when I'm travelling for work.
If you mean embarrassment from being seen by the Uber driver, I try to find an address nearby to drop at. In this case a taco joint across the street. But honestly I don't know that I give 2 shits if the driver figures it out. Not like I'll ever see them again.

Dude I am an Uber driver part time/when i feel like it. I have tourists ask me where these places are. At the end of the night no one cares where they drop you off at.

Late comment, but what OP said. Plenty of establishments near by most amps that you can look up. I know there is a royal inn or some sort of inn right next to it.
