Very accurate.

I'm glad i discovered flora 2 years ago. It took a while for everyone to get on board with her awesomeness. I just wish, honestly, she would quit this biz, because she's so sweet. The way she treats you is NOT acting. She is genuinely a sweet girl that cares for your satisfaction.

And she's on schedule today, even the schedule that was updated 20 minutes ago, she's still on the roster. She's there. Maybe she's all booked up the rest of the day but she's there.
