Hard to ask a dumb question if they don’t answer your call… I had the same issue. Texted something like “hi I would like to schedule an appt with Dash. Let me know what info you need for screening. Thanks.” Crickets

Glad you had fun with Dash she is a gem. This topic about why people don't get responses has been beaten to death. For everyone reading this thread... AFAIK no one here works for or owns the agency in question. So therefore no one's opinion on your response or lack thereof is certain, but "best guessing". Bottom line is if you don't get a reply, maybe try again down the road. And when you make a contact attempt here or anywhere in general, you always should be as generic as you can be and don't ask or request specifics until the other party asks you a question requiring such info. This has served me well for many years. Good luck.

Yeah, I didn't get an appointment with this place until my third business trip. First two: no response. Just be patient, try again another time, and hopefully you'll have better luck.
