Great review, and sounds like my kind of provider. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Empire on 12/16. Went at 9am, called ahead for a line-up, was told of course! Got here and MMS said "other girl was busy, I have new girl". So I was going to have a line-up of 2?? Should have walked. In comes Lemon, and she certainly was one. I won't go into details, but please, if MMS offers Lemon, RUN!
I promised myself I wouldn't go back until I see some positive reviews. This is the first. Thanks!

Yeah, I went earlier this week and saw Apple - huge mistake, it was one of the worst mongering experiences I've had. For a while there we had it all in Westchester - good choices, lower prices, full service...

Last time I went to Empire I had a terrible experience. MMS got into a round screaming match with a customer who threatened to call the police on her. My girl went outside to deal with the commotion. My girl said MMS is crazy and starts fights and if the money wasn't right she wouldn't work there. not giving girls name as she was sweet and I don't want her to get any flack if MMS or someone else reads this but it was a mess.

Today I went to Empire. Looks like Angie is not working anymore there. MMS offered a ‘new’ girl and it was Lemon. Worst experience. Been a regular visitor to Empire for the last 5 years or more and this is the worst experience. Westchester needs good place.

I do not want to side track blue’s review but I recently visited empire and spent the worst hour with apple! Everything from hello to goodbye was horrible!

Sorry to read these comments about bad experiences. I’ve always (I think) had a good time here, with my most recent visits with Blue, Sky and Vivian. I was told that the new owners “rotate” the talent every three weeks - and if that’s still true, maybe the reason the women don’t have the chance to develop a regular clientele. Who knows. Plan to return to celebrate soon and hopefully have something good to report. Be careful.

I'm new here so please be kind if I eff up. Can corroborate the mms is still batshit crazy. Went for the first time last week (wish I had read the reviews here before) called in advance, told mms was my first time there. She put me with a thick girl (not my choice) who made promises then failed to deliver. I didn't complain right there (been told since I should have) posted a review and someone from their mgmt replied and asked me to give them another try. I assumed that meant some kind of deal or discount but when I called to make another appt and mentioned "discount" mms freaked on me. I mean - she should be in a ward somewhere - kind of freak. I suppose part of it is on me as I am new to this but nothing justifies that kind of crazy when dealing with customers.
