Do they still have the card? Been there a few times but was not offered. Do you need to ask?

If they like you and want you to come back. A frequent flier stamped card. I didn’t knw they still have it, maybe it’s left over from previous printing and don’t offer it anymore? Don’t know, I haven’t been back for years and only had a few stamps on it.

Anytime I need one I ask. Just got a new one from Selina on Wednesday. Don't recall them offering though, I make sure to ask.

It’s one way for them to know that you’ve been there before. Helps with the third degree questioning.

I usually ask for the “Fu Li Ka” (bonus card) when I pay the HF and Tips upon greeting. They will come back with the signed, dated and stamped card. The HF on the 7th visit will be free. But sometime the new one doesn’t know about the card. Then you can ask the MMS.
