a cuddle session does not I believe necessarily include therapeutic musculoskeletal massage, It may often include nursing as well as spooning and hugging. May be done clothed, partially clothes or in pajamas and does not necessarily include the release of bodily fluids or sexual contact or a penetrative act but for some people it is a very emotionally satisfying experience.
