A short while ago I was at Stone Body Work. Despite the content of their ads, the woman had an extremely limited menu (I also know that she was freaked out about covid - so, she should have just stayed home). After about 5 minutes of nothing and her letting me know her intentions about the limited offerings, I told the woman I was leaving and that I wanted my money back (I had already given her the house fee). Got dressed, she returned my dough and end of story. Of course, I ran up to 46 Spa where I should have gone in the first place....The thought of escalating things at Stone never even crossed my mind.
