4-hands all depends upon the interaction of the girls. If you get two that are comfortable and playful it can be fun. Usually while the massage is OK, the play is less. I was fortunate to get two girls both playing along and a little with each other, sadly both are no longer around. I've also have the MMS work on me with a new girl, sort of showing her the ropes. that can be fun, but again, it all depends on just how they interact.
the best 4 hands are the unexpected ones. Therapeutic Center Of Westfield (closed by the town a few years ago) used to do that if they were slow. You just had to give the second girl a bit of a tip. She would come in during the middle of the massage work on areas the other girl was not working on. Happened to me a few times there. One girl would be on my back, and the other on my legs, or right side/left side. It was amazing and on the flip sensory overload especially when both allowed UTC roaming and lifted or took their shirts off. Often when you try to force a 4H by asking for it, it does not work out well.
