I’ll never understand this, especially if you’re a repeat customer. Why give a subpar performance and lose that repeat customer. I understand that people can have a bad day, but no matter the profession, keep it professional. Her loss, not yours.

I’ve never had a bad experience from a provider that’s given me good to great experiences in past visits. But I’ve had plenty of meh experiences, and those places or providers are a one and done.

Just my experience here. I always tip above what might be expected. Have noticed some should I say dissatisfaction with amount..
But have had 3 good visits and will stop when working in the area because of the quality of the massage.

That’s fully understandable. But a professional should always act professional when they are practicing their profession. This would not be acceptable in many professions, such as the medical field, so it shouldn’t be acceptable in any field. If you can’t check your emotions at the door, perhaps it’s a good time to take a day off.

I was only at this place once, the service was top notch, and I gave the provider a little more than I normally give since the service was above the usual R&T. She almost blew a gasket. I told her that’s all I have, instead of arguing that I’m already giving you what I think it’s above the stand tip. She kept saying more more tip. Needless to say, I’m not in that area a lot, and if I was their again, would probably not go back.

With that said I normally over tip, and have done so in the past w this specific provider. So again not sure why I got sub prime service. I wasn’t masked so it’s not like she didn’t know who I was, and w the before small talk I made sure to emphasize how I’d missed seeing her the past two times there. OK so I’ll give her benefit of doubt and chalk it up to a bad day. But I don’t treat my clients that way even when I’m having a shit day. Although I’ll be back, mostly due to convenience, I’ll avoid her and ask for Lucy or Lili.
