just out of curiosity and feel free to delete if this isn't something i should be posting.. I looked at what general pricing looks like and i noticed the main place im seeing for central jersey is similar to CP and it seems about 60% higher than what youd expect at a amp... is it a higher quality talent or that just how it works or you get your full time more or what?

The AAMP style Korean agencies all over the country have more beautiful and younger talent than AMP's. Their service is also elevated above them to and you session is in a comfortable upscale hotel or a nice apartment bedroom with a private shower.
