full disclosure: I’ve had nothing but good experiences at NYAW.
I agree with your take. I don’t understand how a biological function is anyone’s fault. Just make it right. No need for the huff and puff.
For Sally to think the customer, who is not receiving the service they initially paid for, should pay MORE to fulfill that initial contract is a little weird.
It’d be akin to getting your tires rotated at a shop, driving down the block and one of the lug nuts pops off and your tire comes off the axle. Then the tire shop charging you to send their tech down the block with a jack and tools to fix the job they started.
Doesn’t make sense….

I hear you but it was the way it was handled, absolutely zero recognition of the situation just heavy upsell pressure to pay $$.2 or $$$$ followed by a tantrum.
When you clean away all the fluff you have to see it for what it is, it was an attempt by Sally to take advantage of a situation.
I'm just not down with that (it's not really about the money).
I understand she might have pressure coming from elsewhere but that doesn't mean customers should just accept being ripped off to avoid the hassle.
If that's how NYAW is operating now, which in my experience it is, then it's best avoided, many better options elsewhere.

All your post here does is underline my point about you and the current poor running of NYAW.
For the record, I don't even know, nor have I ever seen, or asked to see 90+% of the girls currently there or have been there in the last 2 years or so.
The visit with Color was my first in 6 months - for the reasons stated in my original post.
You know your post is a complete lie and I know that it is a lie.
I've been nothing but respectful when visiting NYAW as I was when the situation arose with Color.
That's the truth and you know it.
That's all that matters.
It is all slowly unraveling at NYAW.
Not that I care that much but I've no doubt time will prove me right over the current management there.
