I would simply suggest that what you are describing is not free and that is most closely matches the positive view of @raspador's comments regarding Wives and GFs. You are providing them with services they want or need and they are showing appreciation/repaying you through satisfying you. No judgement, just an observation.

Definitely a win/win. Even with the fixed fee for the room or a normal spa split, they come out way ahead with cash in hand. I think most guys would be surprised at their total haul for the year. They take their 4-6 week vacations by avoiding the $40 cheapskates .

Believe it or not, when they are not working and making all those noises to keep you to their planned session length, they are ladies that enjoy a fun night of KTV or a little help with their daughter's (or granddaughter's) homework or an appliance repair. Yes, being a reciprocally kind human has its benefits which may include freebies. Dumplings are my favorite thank you but the extras are nice too.
