Bashing a spa just to try to not "ruin" it will do nothing. The spa's manager's main focus is bringing in business, and apparently she is doing a good job at it. If it's good and you had a good time, state it. If you didn't, state it. If you want to avoid giving less focus, then don't do a review and stand by your beliefs. Don't lecture others and then do the same thing.
If you don't like the wait times, it's a legitimate bitching point but most expect it when they know a place is busy so it holds no ground for it being a bad place. Just amplifies that it is a good place.
The problem is, stating the management is inconsiderate of not having a backdoor. That just gets to be too bitchy. Everyone should know why there is no backdoor offered with this place by now. If not, just ask the mms and she will tell you.
I guess no one from the burbs should be allowed to go to the Philly spas and ruin them for the locals? Btw, not from Philly.
In the end, it's up to the spa if they want to draw the business in or not. There's not a thing anyone on here can do about it. They are going to get that business no matter what.

I did not do any review yet. So, read my messages again. I got an appointment for 8:00 with a particular person. When arrived at the right time, I was asked to wait for 15 mins. Then again 20 mins. Then again another 20 mins and finally I was asked to come in at 9:00. So, you call that good time management by the mms? I did not want to bitch more about waiting there for an hour and I was being subtle and you are giving me all this lecture?
