I never go by any clock that’s in a room. From my experience they are always 10, even as much as 15 minutes ahead. For obvious reasons. Not saying that was the case here, but I usually have my watch on or I’ll check my phone before I enter any establishment. So I know when my time started.

definitely I agree. I’m just so used to using my own time. Some places I’ve visited over the years had nothing. No clock or time of any sort. You never know if you got the whole hour.

When you call them for an appointment they always give the address and instructions on where to enter. Only one provider is there so they don't want walk-ins.
