Never met Nia, But' Ive seen Leah a few times before and she has similar features as you described unless she changed her name. (Always possible)
Never had a 4 hands. Something on my bucket list

I think I noticed the deflated boob on Nia! Didn't think about it until I read this review, so didn't add it to my review from yesterday...honestly, it didn't matter in the least!
