I believe her name is Tina. She is very friendly. I wasn't too impressed with the actual massage. Time was cut significantly short due to another customer coming in... slightly annoying.

You pay for a service. May sound stupid but when you purchase a gallon of milk you get the full gallon, not three quarters we all need to stand up for what we pay for. Again silly analogy but I for one demand all off my hard earned money!!! Your bad, get what you pay for and nothing less, if you,want to leave that's on you but don't complain...!
