Demeanor, I agree with most of what you say except I do not think she is ugly, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say.
Also, although I am not good with guessing ages, I think she is much younger that what you say above.
As for what she offers, you are on target; and one word to describe my experience with her this morning is WOW!
