it's the forum's policy to not post private details (it doesn't matter if there's a fill in category that he left blank) which you did. If the reviewer wanted it openly posted he would have done so. Not your place to share his private details. My guess is he didn't want to share that info with members who have no reviews. You can easily read the posts discussing this. Posting private details without the reviewers permission will only get you blacklisted by reviewers here. If you posted info that I had in private details you would never get any info from me.
