I've had similar experiences here with masseuse named Julie in terms of insisting on higher than usual tips. I haven't had a problem with being shorted on time. I don't know if Lisa is still there, but I preferred her to Julie. I won't call to make an appointment with Lisa because of what others have reported about getting unsolicited calls/texts once they have your number. I'd probably give up on this place entirely, but for that it's so close to my office and there aren't many other decent options in the area. Ridge Spa, for example, won't answer the phone, and it's kind of pot luck who is going to answer the door. I always seem to get the old overweight one. The last time I tried Yang Yang, the woman placed me in a room, then waited until I was undressed to tell me everyone was busy, and no one would get to me for another 30 minutes. When I said I wanted to leave, she refused to return the $60 I had given her until I threatened to call the police (not that I would have). I won't be going there again.
