I'll give it a go:
New Spa where old spa used to be, very spacious and clean. House Fee higher than normal. Masseuse short with a pot belly. Lots of teasing during TS. Pot belly seems to like his butt. She gets OP's hopes up very high for more to come. Back to room. NO more to come other than standard. service with pot belly lady getting naked. OP disappointed. He overtips for the service. He's not sure what the story is here but recommends place because Pot Belly lady is nice. And, everyone lived happily ever after.

I don't know the OP, but can tell you from reading it that was one honest review. I think that his description of "Ivy" tells us that the OP is no shill: "Few minutes later in walks ivy. Tiny. Maybe 5 feet tall. But a somewhat large belly on her." No there's a guy trying to promote a place...NOT.

Yes all new. Just reopened this week. Same layout inside. Spotless huge spa.

I go all the time. See my Review post covid. If u go. See hemi. She is fantastic. Also just a heads up. There is a back door there. Much better option then standing on on 59 doing the walk / wait of shame. Lol.

Damn all those times I went, I didn’t know they had a back door. Hemi was from green spa if I remember. Well if it is the same one. Awesome!!

Yes its rhe same hemi. Just saw her a couple weeks ago. And she is still awesome. Did put on a little weight. But her TS. massage. ST and PM are still on point !

I've seen Hemi at both places and looks wise big difference and less playful. I got the feeling the girls get watched there more because she definitely remembered me and I usually tip more than what I've read on past message boards. Nanuet is a nice clean place but I don't like all traffic around the place. I didn't know about the back door and maybe I'll go back.

She was very playfully and accommodating with me at nanuet spa. Even post covid. But the body def. Beefed up a little. Still know her way around a man's body though. And 100% go back n use the back door. Its a pleasure especially now because the car wash put up a fence and now u can't be seen by the people waiting on the car wash line. Lol.
