And I have to say sorry for you. Waiting for 30mins with nothing is definitely terrible and Green Vue management will def see a significant decrease of foot traffic.
I don't mind waiting 10-20 mins at nighttime but never in daytime due to the patroller issue.

And I have to say sorry for you. Waiting for 30mins with nothing is definitely terrible and Green Vue management will def see a significant decrease of foot traffic.
I don't mind waiting 10-20 mins at nighttime but never in daytime due to the patroller issue.

Yes. U got it right on both. I don't care how good ur service or your staff roster is. If you just can't be open about waiting time, literally lock a guy up for 30 mins but telling him 5 mins then you deserve to lose business.

Actually I jst saw this now after your comment. Looks like the admin or moderator edited that out. Wow...I definitely didn't mean any slight when I mentioned that. Must be a reason why the moderator erased it so its fine.

She chased me and said she was sorry but not to leave. I said forget it, she offered 4 hand I said no. Never went back. Had a new Mamasan 3 months later.

Yeah. When it's a walk in we all know that we may not immediately get service. So either you tell us clearly and let us choose or just ask say its all full. We get the urge not to lose business that walked in but this way you are just permanently turning us off.

Is it green vue or booming spa? The sign still says booming. I know none of the matters as it will likely change again soon. But just curious.

… still don’t get walk in logic.. what’s so difficult about calling in from your car to see if they are busy.. most times MMS will tell you to wait 10-15 minutes if they are busy.. and I’d rather wait in the car than go through the empty room scenario… just saying..

Right about that. for me it's just an old habit. Park and walk in. I rarely use my cell phone for anything.
