Your statement about the tip was confusing. She said a gratuity is appreciated but she stood there with her hand out ? You gave her a generous tip, She asked for more and you say no? Evidently she didn't think it was so generous. And then she comes in a disrobes and wants to do everything ? And then you ask for HJ only ? Something doesn't sound right here ?

Sounds like he gave and average FS tip and she ended up receiving an amazing HE tip. It's no big deal, each one of these encounters is a transaction between two adults.
