"Jersey"has been discussed by myself and others in other threads. When I saw her several years ago it was house fee and 100 or 130 for tip. I can't remember which. What she wanted was a bit of an outrage and from my experience Brazilians will start out with and outragous price but will negotiate to below market rates.

Nope she stood firm with the $$$, I even told her those are not normal rates and that I could get better service down the street...for a more affordable price
