Been there twice, provider told me she was Anna only for her to slip up and say she was Lisa The third time. I don’t like that. Just be honest and we can be good for a long time.

Girls at other shops do that, too, especially if the one named is currently busy, or if the one named is getting a disproportionately large share of the business.
As if we customers can't tell them apart.
