It's a shame how this place has gone. For years this was my go to spot. But like all of these places, their success depends on their staff, and right now their staff (from what I have seen) is a far cry from what they used to be. Ewa and then Mandy ran this place well and always made sure everyone was satisfied. Yeah, they had some meh providers from time to time, but for the most part they always delivered the level of service expected here. I was in the area the other day and passed by and the lot was crowded, but there is also new tenants in the mall (ie a karate place), and it did look like they are getting a new sign over the door. I had the same provider the last time I was there and it was really bad as well, though I did see a younger provider on the way out. Hope this place turns itself around, but the only way to do that is for a "Mandy" type of manager again and providers that provide better service. There are too many options between here and 287 on 22 that give the same level of service with better quality.
