for many providers, there is nothing really under, and a place like BCT is not going to let you go UTC on the bottom, just the top, so not being able to go UTC on top you are not missing much.

I’ve been to plenty of places where you can get UTC top and bottom. Yes BCT is not one of those places, that’s why it was a one and done for me.
