You can always indicate what you are there for by other means than explicit asking. If it is there you will be offered.

Why is that?

First, the provider will make it obvious. After they transition to the "soft touch" portion of the massage you can say whatever you want. Asking explicit questions up front is going to put up a barrier for those worried about interaction with public servants.
