Carpe is right. Smell triggers memory. So just going through all the smells in that building yields reminiscing of good times lol.

But despite all that. Every top tier place in NYC is good. So it's always a win no matter which one you try. But I like familiarity. So that's why I wanna get with AD. Even though I love the establishment that was there prior.
