I have been to Asahi a few times and found that their requested tip amount is much higher than the norm in NJ and parts of NYC. That plus the girls are good but not great. Knowing this, I stopped going there and go to other places. My top stores these days are: Reiki Palm, A New Day Wellness, Jade Spa in Bridgewater and a very special UTR place in NYC.
You are in NJ, not NYC. If you don't like the tip request, just say no. There is no reason to start paying these girls NYC rates.
If they were worthy of NYC rates, that is where they would be working. There is a reason why they are in NJ and there is also a reason why some of us Hobby in NJ instead of in the City. Either she will take what you offer, or you have the option of walking.
Don't be fooled. It's a buyers' market out there. No need to let these places or girls price gouge you. I know in NYC its very competitive right now and business has been slow. These girls are trying to make up for it by hitting us up for bigger tips. I'm open to tipping a little extra if the girl goes the extra mile and provides a little extra. Some of these girls want more and more while providing less and less.

Hurry up is the worst, I think. Whether you take a long time because of age or because you’re in the flight zone, doesn’t matter, don’t interrupt me, encourage me lightly, add to the allure of the mysticism, but don’t yank me out of my stupor. Give me as much dedicated attention to reach the blast off as I would give you — and, I’m the one paying!

A lot of great feedback on this review, i've experienced the same at Asahi. These girls talk to each other and get greedy. plus there service wasn't as good as the ones that deserve the tip, Sora is the only one who I didn't mind paying premium. I've posted my negatives on the providers here. The timing and the geediness of the tip upfont definitely kills the mood. Sometimes you have to walkout and not accept it instead of taking one for the team. Buyers market guys, Covid & Monkey pox & pink BOH notices haved slowed things down
