Shocking but good for u.. I went within the last 48 hours and was pushed out the door like I was a special agent. I was in complete shock... not sure what is going on there recently but I’m not going back

I was thinking about trying them again. Not so sure now based on the latest intel.

No different than a lot of other similar spas. When they get busy they can’t handle the logistics. Try to accommodate all, appointment or not, and those with an appointment end up paying the price - literally.

One important thing the owners of these spas do not understand is; our time. It takes time to book an appointment and travel to the spa and then get shut out leaves a bitter taste that lingers.
