I gave up on Emerald a long time ago. Similar experience. The first time I was just thrown out for simply asking for a massage. I tried many times and was told to come back in two hours, I would come back in exactly two hours, and it was * no one available". Finally, one day she let me in, got ready and was on the table and look up and to my surprise it was the old witch who was going to give the massage. She saw the look on my face. Surprised again she was nice enough to refund my money. I never went back
