Interesting. I googled it, too, and found several ads using the same phone number. The one you mention is there and so is the Hawaiian one that I responded too. Marina mentioned that she worked for someone, so perhaps the various women who use this number all work for the same person.

These are like all the Thai massage ads in bedpage: a photo of a sexy Asian gnd, clearly implying but not stating anything sexual.
The photos are purely random, and the girl who shows up may or may not be on board: a total YMMV situation.
