I texted early afternoon on Sunday, no response at all.
Then on Monday (yesterday) I called in the evening (8pm ish), twice in a row went to voicemail. Then I texted, and got a pretty quick response saying "she's working tomorrow".
As others mentioned, I'm guessing she's relatively booked up and has quite a few regulars. I've never seen her before. If you know she's working that day try early, and attempt a call and a text to make it clear what you want.
