Most orgs require screening and they all differ from each other. Some org screens with references (other providers) and some do actual photo IDs and work verification, just depends on you on how you want to approach it.

Seriously tho I don't think it's a good idea to send them their work ID or government ID if any org asks. It's like going BB with a provider. Sure it feels good going up to the moment, but afterwards you'll always have a nagging feeling. Except with the provider you know you're clean after the STDs test, but with the ID you're always wondering about a government crackdown.
