I know we're not suppose to discuss private details, but OP didn't really say how her services has declined. All he said was she went downhill, and didn't bother giving an explanation.
It makes me a little suspicious, he says he visits her all the time, but he just made his account and this is his first review. It sounds more like a hit piece.

Yeah, I understand, but at the end he says her services have gotten worse over time. Other than him feeling rushed, what has declined? The menu? The attitude? The looks? Would've been helpful if he told us, but he didn't.
If all it was that he felt rushed, he could have easily amended the situation by talking to the MMS. But he didn't speak up, OP has to learn. But I suppose that comes with experience.

Btw I spoke to Nancy last night and she mentioned that someone did complain about Lukia yesterday. I sincerely doubt Lukia could do anything at this point to get her in trouble or fired, though. She's pulling in about 10 customers on each of the two days she works. She's basically keeping Nancy's place afloat at this point since Winter and Yuki (not to mention other old favorites) are gone.

I'm not holding my breath for Winter to return anymore. I'm pretty sure she's moved on now as well. I called up last Thursday, they had a new girl working, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to go.
