I never understood the draw of this place. Not straight up mechanical but there’s always a “sulk” when it gets to business. Way better and cheaper service just blocks away.

Susan's place is the providers a bit younger than other Chinatown spots. What place are you referring to? Elizabeth?

I should add - provider was called Cici. Didn’t get any sulk as such and agree it was somewhat mechanical, and required $ up front but otherwise friendly attitude.

Standard with top off - didn’t try for more and offered .8 out of the gate because of Covid. No upsell with Cici.
