They have notice in the room that massage is .6 for 50 minutes
I've been reviewing this spa like every month over the past year bud. Do you really think I missed the only sign in all of the rooms? lol Even after those "notices" were hung up about 6 months ago I never had a reason to watch the clock. I would always drop 2.0 as soon as they walk in the room (potentially more for great service) Since all of the girls talk to each other, it goes a long way to be known as a good tipper versus haggling after they have to ask for the tip mid-session. I also used to bring little gifts/snacks for the girls and was invited to enjoy some of Coco's cooking in the kitchen many times. While I didn't expect any kind of special treatment, I would have appreciated not being rushed out of an empty building by people I used to consider friends. I was literally back inside my car in under 45 minutes. That includes the time spent figuring out the mix-up when I arrived (which was totally avoidable IMO) and the usual 5+ minutes the girls spend between rooms. I'm sure this probably comes off as nit-picking, but it's not the first time I've had this experience here recently. I very much enjoyed being a loyal customer when I knew that my interests were being looked after. Now, instead of a mutual respect, the vibe is more of a cash grab and go. And for that reason, I'm out!

good decision, and hopefully you provide them some feedback.

and…i think your experience speaks to the question of what do all those extra little items we bring along mean? Do they care or are they just faking their appreciation? I’ve concluded that my thoughtfulness means more to me than them, makes me feel good, and much to my horror :eek::eek:, doesn’t really differentiate me all that much from anyone else at busy places. It might even make me an annoyance in their eyes if they feel they have to reciprocate. So I stopped bringing those gifts/snacks and if they say something about how I stopped, I would respond in a way they understand: ‘next time, honey’.
