I have seen Alina in passing there and I thought she looked pretty good. Gorgeous or killer body....no, but nice. She sounds like a good performer though.

Just a hunch - Susan is going to have volume issues at the 202/206 location. Unless the owner of the building IS the owner of the business next door this may not end well.
My guess is yes, the insurance company owner/agent owns the property, and very well knows what is going on. Getting a good paying tenant for many years he is OK with the arrangement. Same thing with the other location. The owner of the medical practice most likely owns the building and is renting out a lower level "basement" that would otherwise be difficult to rent.

The 206 building has It's own parking lot with more than ample room. The insurance office next door is a much less trafficked type of business than was the medical office at TW. Iv'e rarely seen more than 2 or 3 cars there at a time. I don't see it being a problem as long as people use common sense.
