There looks to be two types of cards, one for hh/45 mins and one for 1 hour. MMS told me if you fill the hh/45 minute one it is $100 off, if you fill the 1hour card it is $200 off. 10 visits to fill each card.

1 hour has the thumbs up stamp.
hh/45 has a star stamp.

If you did 60 min 10 x then it's $200 off

You cannot mix the two up either. like trying to do 5 30min and 60 min and expecting $200. Nope. lol
