Provider/s working out of a home on a residential street full of shared homes. Is that just waving a red flag for LE? The foot traffic must be so obvious....

I used to see a provider in Texas who worked out of her house, and it was in like a 0.2 acre lots. So the houses were right on top of each other.

I don't think she had a ton of traffic, because she worked alone, but when you would pull up she would open the garage, you couldn't see her, you would drive in and she would close the door behind you before you could see her at all.

She worked out of there for years. So I guess it can be done.

In todays world neighbors do not look at each other. They do not wave to each other. They do not know what their neighbors car, kids, spouse looks like. No one is wondering "hmmmm whose that stranger, never saw them before..."

If you live in the city as I do, I sit on my front porch all the time and our houses are close together. We always converse when we see each other coming and going. The kids color with chalk on the sidewalk and play hopscotch all the time. It's kind of like living 40 years ag but this is how like with your neighbors should be. The problem is that the burbs with everyone huddled in their backyard fucked it all up. It;s also a diverse ethnic and lifestyle neighborhood and we all live together in harmony.

I hear you Wayne. That’s how it was for me growing up in the city. Thankfully where I live at now in South Jersey we have a similar dynamic. I know all my neighbors and they know me and we watch out for each other.

Ben - back to the subject - why don't you share what provider you are talking about - I bet someone has actually visited and can give you the info you seek.

Like 15 years ago, I was on an extended work trip near Houston. There was a Real Estate Agent who was an escort/masseuse. She would have you meet her at houses she was showing to have the date. With the advent of ring/nest cams, I’m guessing that won’t happen again. It was hilarious.

I live right outside the city in a suburb, I absolutely know all of my neighbors extremely well. If you are asking whether they know I hobby, absolutely not, but we not only wave, but regularly chat, hang out on the street and drink beers. It was the same when I lived in Roxborough, the same when I lived in TX, and the same when I lived in NYC (minus the outside drinking). I remember going back to my old apartment area in NY many years after I left (for nostalgia reasons) and my neighbor even recognized me and we caught up.

Lol. Its all of these reviews on Maya on Sophia's. She is in a residential area.
The juice is worth the squeeze.

In Philly LE is less of a concern than anywhere else in the state but it is an inherently sketchy set up imo. I will likely go back but would never keep this place in my regular rotation.

That said there is no shortage of amazing talent in Chinatown to keep you busy if it is outside your risk comfort level.

Do you live in NE Philly or know a bunch of people there?

I grew up in NE Philly (moved out in 1999) and yes, NE Philly isn't what it used to be but I would still feel safe going there in the daytime and early evening.

Anna is on the side street and she closes early. If she expands hours I’m curious if your theory is correct

Anna has a business license for her location. There are other residential operators in the area that draw much more foot traffic.
