Yeah it seems go to shit in your 60’s. Even Tony Horton; the guy who did P90x, who basically has ocd with fitness and diet… is starting to look ragged these days (he is 66). He just isn’t as ripped. I also heard that your 60’s are generally the twilight of your sex days.
Thanks to diabetes I was completely dependent on V in my 50s. I got it back when I lost the weight, but I'm very much a 1 pop guy these days, and not anywhere near as hard. I still get out 2-3 times a week, but I'm pretty happy with mouth and hands unless the girl is great. It sucks getting old. As to Phelps, same basic height and weight, but it looks much better on him. Can't get rid of a little pot belly and no abs. Get it under control in your 40s and you'll last til your 70s.

You've told your story a few times, and I have to say it's very inspiring! I'm a good ways behind you in years and still in great physical shape, but I have genetics running against me, is only a matter of time. But, I take your story as advice, especially since it comes with the results chapter and how happy you are with this outcome. Well done, it sucks to get old but is maybe good inspiration for other dudes here that it can't be reversed, but for sure you can take active steps to make your body great again!

It’s amazing how the same height and weight look different on people . I am 6”2 190 , which sounds great on paper , but to me all I look like is a tall , thin fit guy , while some guys I know with similar stats look way more muscular. Also the abs are incredibly difficult to develop and sustain , even when you are young . Some of it is genetics , some putting the work in , which in your 60s is very difficult to do . Those of you in your 40s or 50s , don’t wait any longer .

True that. Known way too many people put all their happiness eggs in the retirement basket just to die or be too physically beat up to properly enjoy it. Gotta enjoy the moment.
Exactly. We're all taught to work hard and that's an admirable trait but so is balance. What good is going to Vegas or the Caribbean or Europe when you finally have the time and have the money but you waited so long that you need a walker to get around? Work some, relax some, spend time with family, make memories, it's okay to do nothing some times.

Billionaires don't grind themselves into the ground working....their janitors do.
