Rainbow 7 and Royal Spa have been rolled over by the regulatory bulldozer

If it’s just a license issue than I’m sure these places get their paperwork fixed and reopen ASAP. This is different than the busts on Philly Pike last year.

Golden 7 ran into licensing issues a year ago, closed for over a month, and then reopened with a new license and a new name.
I think Foulk Healing went through something similar.
MMS at Blue Wave became persona non grata with Delaware regulatory agencies because she had a previous run-in 5 years earlier.
The thing with regulatory agencies is that if they really don't like you, they can thwart any attempts to get re-licensed with mountains of red tape and procrastination.

Another R&T shop in the crosshairs!
It almost seemed like they were going to be mostly tolerated.
Meanwhile, the FS shops still seem to be chugging along at full tilt.
At the very least it seems like they didn’t “raid” the R&T places. Now that those are nearly all gone, I suspect they’re gearing up for a high visibility raid of JJ.

Well, regardless of their plans, their intentions have worked: I’m now officially too nervous to visit any AMP in Delaware. I’ve been seeing independents in PA but I miss the hygiene and TMs—sketchy in calls are not my favorite, and a quick encounter isn’t as nice as a 40-min massage plus extras but costs the same. Guess it’s the end of an era. Or else I need to drive to jersey lol.

Damn, I hope not(!), but you could be right.

There's always Wellness Spa over the border in Elkton, unless that's too close for comfort.
Nearby NJ is OK, but my experiences there have been mixed.
Phila and Phila suburbs are pretty good, though.
If you don't mind the price hike, the "modeling agencies" in Phila and surrounds are pretty good, plus no tolls like with NJ.
There's also good AMP and "modeling agency" action in the DC suburbs (NoVa and MD).
Maybe Delaware mongers will need to hit the highways more!

Sorry folks but I’m not traveling out of my way for a session. If I did, I would just go to Philly every time. Assuming this is just a DE thing, Wellness Spa in MD and Joy (requires verification) are the only spots I’m going to until this blows over.

The white paper on Blooms door is a 2 day notice for eviction dated Feb 10. Everything is as it was before the shake down.
By "everything as it was", do you mean they are open? It doesn't look like it.
I still haven't heard back from my text to mms on Feb. 15, and the lights are all off now when I pass by on my way to visit Newark Farmers Market across the street as recently as Wednesday afternoon.
The landlord route is another tactic being used to close shops. Doesn't involve any direct LE or regulatory intervention, they just lean on the landlord to evict (apparently at Bloom) or not renew the lease (as happened at Cozy on Philadelphia Pike)

I was nuts and decided to visit Red Sun in Wilmington. They’re still offering FS to my surprise. Posting a review in other sub forum.
I visited Best Asian Bodywork in Marshallton (Wilmington) for a standard FS session last week, and nothing untoward.
Maybe "they" reached some sort of quota with knocking over just the four jack shacks?
I get the paranoia thing, but we still don't know whether there was any direct LE involvement in any of the closures. Looks like mainly a regulatory and landlord game.

Someone posted a warning on Skipthegames Wilmington page saying local police will be carrying out stings "through the end of March", complete with lots of supposed mug shots of alleged hobbyists. No idea if it is legitimate, but the specificity of the time window, coming at the same time as these closings, and the other thread posted here claiming someone in a black SUV with tinted windows was monitoring JJ . . .

This is just weird; a weird place to post such a warning with no attribution.
I searched some of the pictures with Google Image Search, they come from South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Nevada(!!!), a number from Texas, etc., and go back for years (2017?). As we have heard, Texas has gotten tough as Hell on sex workers and customers.
Most (all?) of these busts concern men setting up sex rendezvous appointments with police plants, who often pretend to be underage to stiffen (no pun intended) the penalties.
The warning: "❌️❌️❌️WARNING WARNING WARNING POLICE STINGS IN DELAWARE❌️❌️❌️"/"Police stings in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties till the end of March. You've been warned! Be careful don't lose everything because you were to ignorant to heed the warning." has nothing to do with any of the inserted graphics. None of those busts involve AMPs. None were in Delaware.
Gotta wonder about the motivations in the StG post. Maybe a Karen vigilante effort to scare away AMP business? Make March the "Stamp out the AMPs month"?
Everyone will find their own comfort level, but I don't give this much credence.
